Super Learning Super Child (“SLSC”, “we”, “us”) runs this website to share a free curriculum-delivery training with preschool owners, directors, principals and academic heads, and to invite interested visitors to a one-on-one Preschool Growth Strategic Session. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting the form, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the form we collect your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address, preschool or school name and your role. If you message us on WhatsApp to book a session, we also receive the details you send in that conversation.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information such as your browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, the page or advertisement that brought you here (including campaign tags and advertising click identifiers), cookie identifiers, and how much of the training video you watched.

2. How we use your information

To give you access to the training video.
To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the training and to arrange your Preschool Growth Strategic Session.
To understand how well the training and our advertising work, and to improve them, including measuring how many people sign up and how much of the training they watch.
To show our advertisements to relevant audiences on platforms such as Google and Meta, and to measure the results.
To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and sign-ups and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may record your visit and set identifiers in your browser. We also store a small amount of information in your browser session (for example, your name and how much of the video you have watched) so the pages work smoothly as you move through them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our outreach, and only as needed:

Customer-relationship management and messaging tools we use to store your enquiry and contact you (such as Zoho CRM, Snap.pe and workflow automation tools).
Website hosting and database providers (such as Hostinger).
Analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta). We may share your contact details in a protected (hashed) form, along with the fact that you signed up or watched the training, so these platforms can measure and improve our ads.
Government or legal authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, for example while we are in touch with you about the training or a session, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it or stop using it; and
withdraw your consent to being contacted. You can also reply “STOP” to any message to opt out.

To make a request or raise a concern, contact us using the details in section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This site is meant for adults who run or work in preschools. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check back occasionally.
